Tickets for Vibes Overseas Portugal 2025 may be purchased through an instalment payment plan, allowing the total price to be paid in three equal instalments.

All instalments are non-refundable, and no claims can be made to recover any amounts paid.

Upon purchase during the Eligibility Period, the first instalment will be charged immediately to your credit or debit card.

Subsequent instalments will be automatically charged to the same card on or around the specified due dates listed on the checkout page, without any further action required from you. Should your card be declined, you will be contacted to provide an alternative payment card. The alternative card must belong to, and be in the name of, the original ticket purchaser. If an alternative card is not provided within 5 days of the due date, your ticket(s) will be rendered void, and no refund will be issued for any instalments already paid.

By choosing the instalment plan, you are fully committing to complete the total payment for the ticket(s) upon processing of the first instalment. The transaction will be finalised only when all instalments have been fully paid.

If any instalment remains unpaid by the due date and we do not receive an alternative credit or debit card within 5 days of a declined payment, you will forfeit (i) all instalments already paid, and (ii) the ticket(s) will be invalidated. Subject to availability, we may, at our discretion, allow you to restart the instalment plan in order to reinstate the validity of your ticket(s). To request this, you must contact contact.vibesoverseas@gmail.com However, there is no guarantee that availability will permit this option.

It is strongly recommended that you ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the instalments on the specified due dates and that your credit or debit card will not expire before the final instalment is processed.

Tickets (are non-refundable or exchangeable after purchase, except as provided under the Vibes Overseas Portugal 2025 Terms and Conditions of Entry.

Obligations for Instalment Purchasers:

Any individual choosing the payment plan is required to fulfil the full payment schedule, regardless of whether they are able to attend or participate in the event. No refunds will be issued if the purchaser is unable to attend or chooses not to attend. The payment obligations will remain in effect, and all instalments must be completed as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
